Refund policy

We want you to love your Vaspera pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items. Returns must be initiated within this period.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be attached
  • Free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Returned in the original Vaspera packaging

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@vaspera.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a tracked method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact returns@vaspera.shop within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Intimates, swimwear, and face masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return and offer a replacement or full refund.
